ECCT Portal is the version of our training tools provided through a web browser. ECCT App Suite: Information Stored on Your Device
ECCT App Suite is an offline casino-operations training and calculation application. Its training tools operate with resources bundled in the app and do not require an ECCT account. The app may save your optional student name, report email address, settings, training-session details, graded results, usage time, and cumulative trainer statistics in local app storage on your iPhone or iPad.
Those training records are used by the app to provide exercises, show progress, calculate performance, and prepare reports. The app does not automatically transmit those locally stored training records to ECCT. ECCT does not operate a remote account or synchronization service for these records in the current version of the Suite.
PDF Reports, Email, and Sharing
You can choose to create, save, print, email, or share a training report or other document. Reports may contain a student name, activity details, and training results. When you choose to email or share a report, the app uses the iOS mail composer or sharing interface; the information is disclosed to the recipients and apps or services you select. Email, cloud-storage, printing, and other services may handle shared files under their own privacy practices. Creating a report does not automatically email it. You control whether to send or share it.
When you voluntarily contact ECCT for support by email or messaging, the information you choose to submit and your contact details may be received by ECCT and the communication provider.
How Information Is Used
Information you voluntarily send to ECCT may be used to respond to inquiries, provide requested information, communicate about ECCT services, maintain appropriate business records, and protect the business from misuse. Information stored locally within ECCT App Suite is used on your device to run the training tools, remember settings, track training sessions, display statistics, and generate reports.
Sharing of Information

Locally saved Suite training records are not automatically shared with ECCT. In the Suite, saved training sessions, lifetime trainer statistics, and preferences are separate categories of local information. The available Session & Reports and Statistics & Reset controls let you clear certain training records; resetting one category does not necessarily erase the others. Locally stored app data generally remains on the device until you clear it through available controls, erase the app's data, or delete the app. Copies you save or share outside the app, and data contained in device backups, may remain subject to those separate systems.
Information sent directly to ECCT for inquiries or support is retained only as reasonably necessary for legitimate business, operational, or legal purposes. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you previously submitted to ECCT. We may need to retain certain records as required by law.
Security
We take reasonable administrative and technical precautions for information handled by ECCT. Local Suite data is subject to the security of your device, operating system, and backups. No method of electronic storage or transmission is entirely secure.
Children
The ECCT website, ECCT Portal, and ECCT App Suite are intended for professional casino training and are not directed to children under 13. ECCT does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through these services.
